DCU Mercy player Janet Hodson donated 14 inches of her hair to the Rapunzel Ponytails Foundation - a self funded charity that makes wigs for people suffering from alopecia and is also raising money for CanTeen Ireland, a charity that supports teenagers and young adults with cancer.

DCU Mercy Halloween Party

Each year DCU Mercy host a Halloween fancy dress themed night in the local Coolock St. Brendan's Parish Hall, for the under aged players of DCU Mercy and the local community. The kids can enjoy some old fashioned halloween dress up games and win cool prizes and treats.
